1950’s Evans 16 Inch Police Bike

We can not find any information on this bike..We purchased it at a Auction in Knoxville, Tennessee…The auction company said the entire truck load antiques came from Michigan …this bike is really in great shape , it appears to be really old but in great condition …I just would like to know more about it..i found a tricycle police trike make by Evans ..that looks a lot like this one , but i have not been able to find a bike like this anywhere on the internet …could someone please help me with information on this bike…thank you Alisa
