1950’s J.C. Higgins Regal De Luxe, Colorflow

All original, missing the batwing headlight and 4 of the 10 jewels, 2 on the tank and 2 on the rack. Skiptooth chain. Beehive springer. i put these tires and a spare rim on the front, just so I could joyride it.
